The P7 and P6 children were invited to a tournament at St John the Baptist, this morning. The team was made up of 9 players with 3 subs and a mixture of boys, girls, P7s and P6s.
St Mary's played incredibly, winning 5 out of the 6 games in their group and drawing 1. They then went onto the semi-finals, beating Presentation Primary to make the final.
They played St John’s in the Shield Final, with the final score 3 – 2 to St Mary’s. Congratulations to all the children involved in today’s tournament who gave 100% in every game and a special thanks to Niall Robinson and Mrs Mackle who coached and supported the children throughout the day.
