The final session of our Shared Education activities took place in Maghery Park. The children were delighted to take part in a range of outdoor activities and thankfully the sun stayed out for us.
Activities included:
- Making Mandala art using natural materials and exploring symmetry
- Using our viewfinders to explore patterns in our natural environment
- Going on a nature scavenger hunt
- Dispersing our seed bombs into the wild
- using our imaginations with sticks
The afternoon was finished off with an outdoor picnic and some playtime together.
The children have learned many new skills and developed lots of new friendships over the past number of weeks.
