Today Primary 3 and 4 enjoyed a really exciting Maths lesson. The children all compiled their own recording tables. Then they worked in four groups as follows; one groups tallied the colour of vehicles that passed the school, and the other three groups visited everyone in the school to find out favourite cereals, takeaways and colours.
When each group had completed their count, they then tallied up the scores to find out the most popular, least popular and also worked out other information. Later on in the week, as part of ICT in Maths, we are going to record our results and make different types of graphs using the computer.
