P5/P6 Sign placement for Eco Diversity Project 27.06.2025
Our P5 and P6 pupils took part in a wonderful environmental initiative at Maghery Meadow today, where they proudly placed signs that the current P6 and P7 children had designed to highlight the importance of creating habitats for bees and butterflies. These beautifully illustrated signs promote the use of native wildflower species to support local pollinators and encourage biodiversity.
This meaningful project, supported by Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council (ABC Council), gave pupils the opportunity to combine creativity with environmental awareness. Through their designs and messages, the children have helped raise awareness of how small actions can make a big difference in protecting our natural world.
We are incredibly proud of their efforts and the positive impact they are making in our community.
