As part of our Biodiversity topic on our Eco Club action plan, the Eco Club decided to give the Mini Beast Hotel a spring clean. We added new straw, tiles and pipes. Thank you to all the pupils who gave up their break times throughout the week to get stuck in and get their hands dirty. We saw loads of creepy crawlies and have great fun, watching them explore their natural habitat.
A gathering of slimy slugs was probably the highlight of the day for many of our pupils- but Mrs Murray definitely did not enjoy seeing them! Yuck!
