Today we had a visit from Laura from Mensana, who worked with our Primary 4/5 children on a project entitled "Healthy You" = Healthy Body and Healthy Mind. The project was organised by SLNRA for our school. The children discussed ways to stay healthy and focused on the importance of mental health through expressing your thoughts, feelings and behaviour. Thank you Laura, Mensana, and Hazel from SLNRA for organising this for us! It was very beneficial.
