As part of the Apple fest programme the Primary5,6 & 7 classes enjoyed Thursday afternoon watching Kate from Gingerbread bakery making Apple and raisin Apple jacks and Apple and toffee cookies.They were absolutely delicious and the kids all enjoyed the tasting at the end! It was a perfect way to get us in the Halloween mood.
