We want to extend a huge thank you to everyone who made our recent Christmas dinner such a wonderful occasion. It was a fantastic afternoon filled with great company, Christmas cheer, and, most importantly, incredible food.
We have to give a massive shout-out to Mandy and her team at Birches. The meal was absolutely delicious, from the roast turkey to the final trimmings. It really was the perfect festive spread.
A special thank you also goes to Siobhan and Jean for their impeccable service. You looked after us all so well and made sure everything ran smoothly.
