🎄✨ Christmas Tree Festival at St Andrew’s Church of Ireland ✨🎄

20th Jan 2026

In December, we had the privilege of creating a Christmas tree for the Christmas Tree Festival at St Andrew’s Church of Ireland. We began by practicing our shading skills using pastels to design the leaves of our tree. Instead of using only green, we explored a wide range of colours—blues, browns, and yellows—to add depth, texture, and style to our work. The result was a beautifully shaded, leafy base for our tree.

Next, we designed our very own Christmas baubles. Each pupil chose one of four themes—Hope, Love, Peace, or Joy—and created a unique bauble inspired by their chosen word. Every decoration reflected the children’s creativity and thoughtfulness, making our tree both meaningful and eye‑catching.

A huge thank you to St Andrew’s Church of Ireland for inviting us to take part in this lovely community event. We loved contributing to the festival and sharing our artwork with others!
